Do I get a discount if I log in before booking?
Log in with a free eClinicPro account before you book to unlock any available member discounts and save your reports to your Health account.
Are home collection charges included?
Home sample collection is free once your test total is ₹300 or more after any member discount. Below that our lab partner charges ₹200 for the visit, which we pass on at cost. Collection and hard-copy courier charges are service fees, so no discount or coupon applies to them. Everything is itemised in your order summary before you confirm, and adding more tests or booking for more than one person often takes you past ₹300 and makes collection free.
Can I reschedule my slot?
Yes. You can reschedule your home collection slot from your booking confirmation once bookings go live.
