Yes. A trained phlebotomist visits your home to collect the sample at the slot you choose. Collection is free once your test total is ₹300 or more after any member discount; below that our lab partner charges ₹200 for the visit, which we pass on at cost. Collection and courier charges are service fees, so no coupon applies to them. Everything is itemised in your order summary before you confirm.

It depends on the test. Tests like fasting blood sugar, lipid profile and many full-body packages usually require 8–12 hours of fasting (water is allowed). Others, such as thyroid or vitamin tests, do not. The exact instructions for your test are shared with you at the time of booking.

Most routine reports are ready within 24–48 hours after the sample reaches the Thyrocare lab; some specialised tests take a little longer. Reports are delivered digitally and carry the accredited lab's validation — they are accepted by doctors and hospitals just like any lab report.

Your digital report is shared with you as soon as it's ready — you'll be notified, and the PDF is available to download. If you have an eClinicPro patient account, your reports are also saved securely in your Lab Reports vault for future reference.

Yes. Every sample is processed at Thyrocare facilities that are NABL-accredited and CAP-certified, with ISO-compliant quality systems and expert pathologists. This is the same accreditation standard trusted by hospitals across India.

Absolutely. You can book tests and packages for parents, children or anyone in your family. If you have a patient account, you can add family members and keep each person's reports organised under their own profile.

You can pay online securely when you book. Pricing shown on this page reflects the applicable Thyrocare rates. If you're logged in, your member discount (an extra 5%–25% off, depending on the package) and any active offer are applied automatically at checkout before you confirm.

You can reschedule your home collection to another convenient slot by contacting our support team. If you cancel before the sample is collected, no charge applies for the collection.

Yes. Your personal and health information is handled securely and shared only with the accredited lab needed to process your test and with you. Your reports are never sold or shared for marketing.

A doctor consultation is not included with lab bookings. Your report is delivered to your eClinicPro Health account, and you can book an appointment with any doctor on eClinicPro separately to review it — their consultation fee is shown upfront on their profile.
