Do I need to fast before the test?
Yes — this package requires 8–10 hours of fasting. Only plain water is allowed during the fasting window.
How do I get my reports?
Digital reports are saved to your eClinicPro Health account, where you can view and download them anytime.
Is home collection available?
Yes. Choose a time slot and our phlebotomist will collect your sample at home.
Do I get a discount if I log in before booking?
Yes — log in with a free eClinicPro account before you book to unlock an extra 25% member discount on this package, applied automatically at checkout on top of the price shown.
Are home collection charges included?
Home sample collection is free once your test total is ₹300 or more after any member discount. Below that our lab partner charges ₹200 for the visit, which we pass on at cost. Collection and hard-copy courier charges are service fees, so no discount or coupon applies to them. Everything is itemised in your order summary before you confirm, and adding more tests or booking for more than one person often takes you past ₹300 and makes collection free.
Can I reschedule my slot?
Yes. You can reschedule your home collection slot from your booking confirmation once bookings go live.
